Terms and Conditions

By purchasing access to the AI Training for Temporary Resident Applications (the “Training”), offered by Sobirovs Professional Corporation (“Sobirovs,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to the following terms and conditions: 

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing access to and participating in the Training, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not participate in the Training. 

2. Description of Service

The AI Training for Temporary Resident Applications is a one-day live online training conducted in a closed webinar environment. The Training is designed to teach participants how to leverage artificial intelligence tools safely and correctly to prepare stronger Temporary Resident Visa (TRV), Study Permit, and Work Permit applications to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC). The Training includes:

  • A full-day live training session with real-time instruction
  • Live Q&A periods during and after the session
  • Access to session recordings after the live event
  • Access to proprietary AI tools custom-built by Sobirovs Law Firm for temporary resident applications
  • Step-by-step guides and practical workflows

3. Eligibility and Prerequisites

Participants must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. To participate effectively, you must have access to:

  • A stable internet connection sufficient for live video streaming
  • A computer or device capable of running the AI tools demonstrated during the Training
  • Any additional third-party tools or subscriptions recommended before or during the Training (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, or other AI platforms)

No prior AI or technical experience is required, but basic familiarity with digital tools is recommended.

4. Registration and Payment

To participate in the Training, you must register and pay the required fee through the registration page at training.sobirovs.com.

  • All payments are securely processed through Kajabi Payments or another payment processor selected by Sobirovs.
  • Prices are listed in US dollars (USD) unless otherwise indicated.
  • Prices are subject to change, but changes will not affect registrations already purchased.
  • Promotional codes, including early-bird discounts, are subject to expiration dates and conditions specified at the time of the promotion.

5. Access and Materials

Live Training Access Includes:

  • One full-day live training session conducted in a closed webinar/training room
  • Live Q&A sessions during and following the training
  • Access to proprietary AI tools custom-built by Sobirovs Law Firm
  • Step-by-step implementation guides and practical workflows

Post-Training Access Includes:

  • Full recording of the live training session
  • Continued access to AI tools and guides

Duration of Access: Post-training access to recordings and AI tools is provided for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of the live training event, unless terminated earlier due to third-party platform restrictions or changes beyond our control.

6. Refund Policy

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued. Due to the exclusive and time-sensitive nature of the Training and the immediate access to valuable digital content, including proprietary AI tools, all purchases are non-refundable. By completing your registration, you acknowledge and agree that you are making a commitment to participate in the Training and that no refund will be provided under any circumstances.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content provided in connection with the Training — including but not limited to training materials, methodologies, AI tools, prompts, workflows, templates, guides, and recordings — is the intellectual property of Sobirovs Professional Corporation and is protected by Canadian copyright law and international intellectual property treaties.

You may not reproduce, distribute, share, sublicense, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Training materials without the prior written consent of Sobirovs Professional Corporation.

8. User Obligations

You agree to:

  • Use the Training and its content for lawful purposes only.
  • Ensure your own access to the required tools, platforms, and internet connectivity.
  • Follow all guidelines and instructions provided during the Training.
  • Treat all Training content, AI tools, and materials as confidential.

You agree NOT to:

  1. Share your access credentials or Training materials with any third party.
  2. Record, screenshot, or otherwise capture the live training session beyond the official recording provided.
  3. Resell, commercialize, or redistribute any Training content, AI tools, or materials.
  4. Use Training materials or AI tools to provide competing training services or products.
  5. Share proprietary AI prompts, workflows, or tools outside the Training.

9. Not Legal Advice

The Training is educational in nature and does not constitute legal advice. While the Training is led by a licensed Canadian immigration professional, the content is designed to teach participants how to use AI tools in the context of preparing temporary resident applications. It does not create a solicitor-client relationship between Sobirovs Professional Corporation (or any of its lawyers or staff) and any participant.

Participants requiring legal advice specific to their immigration matter should retain the services of a qualified immigration lawyer or consultant independently.

10. Technical Support and Platform Disclaimer

Limited technical support is available through the live Q&A sessions during the Training.

We are not responsible for:

  • The performance, availability, or policy changes of any third-party platforms or tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, webinar platforms, or payment processors).
  • Internet connectivity or technical issues on your end.
  • Any changes to AI platforms, government systems, or IRCC processes that may affect the applicability of Training content after the event.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Training is provided “as is” and “as available” without any guarantees of specific outcomes. While we provide actionable frameworks, tools, and instruction, we do not guarantee:

  • Specific results, including the approval of any immigration application.
  • Continuous or indefinite access to third-party AI tools or platforms.
  • That the content will remain current indefinitely, given the rapidly evolving nature of both AI technology and Canadian immigration policy.

Your results will depend on factors including your application of the strategies taught, your individual effort, the quality of your supporting documentation, and the discretion of IRCC officers.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sobirovs Professional Corporation, its lawyers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your participation in the Training, including but not limited to the refusal of any immigration application.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Training shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Training.

13. Privacy

Your registration information and participation data are collected and used in accordance with applicable Canadian privacy legislation, including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). We will not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Ontario.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email to registered participants. Continued participation or use of Training materials after updates indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
